DREDGE Studio plugin privacy notice
Scope and contact
Effective October 15, 2026. This notice covers the DREDGE Studio ChatGPT plugin operated by ColeWorld. Contact [email protected] with privacy, access, correction or deletion requests. It does not describe every separate website feature.
Information used
Connecting requires DREDGE sign-in through a configured identity provider such as Google or GitHub. DREDGE uses an account identifier and may receive profile name, email and avatar from that provider. It records OAuth consent, authorized scopes, expiry and revocation state. Access-token lookup uses a token hash. Browser sessions support sign-in.
Studio records
Authorized tools read account access, stored research and run metadata, bounded saved answers and recorded execution graphs. Optional source-check tools retrieve selected approved public institutional pages and save observations. Budget tools read or update your stored protective generation budget. Related audit and operational records may be retained. Do not supply private case records or sensitive personal information to this plugin preview; use public or fictional examples.
Purpose and disclosure
These records support requested tools, account isolation, authorization, source checks and operational protection. Tool results are returned to ChatGPT and are subject to the privacy settings and policies of that service. DREDGE hosting and network providers include Railway and Cloudflare; identity providers process sign-in information under their own policies. Approved public source hosts receive retrieval requests when you request a source check. These plugin tools do not execute AI generation; stored answers may have originated in separate Studio workflows.
Retention and your choices
Stored Studio, consent and audit records are not automatically deleted when you disconnect the plugin. Disconnecting does not itself erase saved data. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; requests require account ownership verification and review of technical, security and applicable legal requirements. Some audit records are append-only. This preview does not provide a universal self-service deletion control or a fixed automatic retention period.
Payments and updates
The plugin does not collect payment details or initiate subscription transactions. It can read existing subscription entitlement status, which is not a live payment-provider check. This notice may change as the implementation changes; material changes will be reflected on this page.
